STEP 1.
First Contact: By filling the request form, clients will provide details necessary for quotation.

Visit of the site: The manager will schedule a visit to the client site to discuss requirements in detail, take note and assess the scope of the work.

Quotation Proposal: Based on the site visit, we will draft a quotation proposal and send it to the client via email. When charging our services as Self-Employed, we consider the location, the size of the area, the time to spend, the chemicals and equipment to be used as well as the amount of the work. For the final cost of any cleaning services, we look at all the information of the facility. We also work out the cost for larger regular works and give a substantial discount. All our prices are inclusive of tax. The prices displayed here apply if the client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining of the cleaning supplies, tools and equipment. This includes items such as vacum cleaners, mops, detergents, disinfectants and other specialised cleaning products.

Quotation Approval: Upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of the purchase order, we will develop a tailored schedule aligned with the work requirements.

                                                                                                                       STEP 5.
The work starts: Our team will commence the cleaning service with regular check in and site visit to ensure expectations are met to a high standard.
